Lowder New Homes Wins Prestigious Regional Awards

Last spring was a busy time of year for Lowder New Homes. The kickoff of our newly designed website in April made it easier than ever to request information or view available listings and neighborhood information. Six months later, we continue to receive positive feedback from website visitors, and now a new audience has applauded the efforts—the judges of a regional Public Relations association!

Lowder took home a coveted Excellence Award for the newly re-designed website at the recent annual conference of the Southern Public Relations Federation (SPRF). The conference, celebrating its 35th year, annually recognizes outstanding achievement in public relations. Awards are based on a project’s strategy, creativity, production values and results. A panel of industry experts selects the winners.

A Merit Award was also granted by the group for the month-long celebration of Patios on Parade featuring design ideas and workshops on outdoor living that was held April 24 through May 24.
