Lowder New Homes integrates green initiatives and energy efficiency as a standard in all our homes, surpassing standard building codes to conserve energy, enhance performance, and reduce utility costs for homeowners. We use high-density exterior wall insulation with an R-value of 15 or higher and loose-fill fiberglass attic insulation with an R-value of 38.
