Lowder representatives are very personable and timely with communication regarding questions and concerns. They would respond to emails on the weekend and even on one occasion during a Holiday weekend. They displayed integrity throughout the process and when they did not have an immediate answer to my question, they would be honest and contact me with the correct information at a later time. Even after the closing date, I have still being able to access them with any questions and/or concerns. They were always eager and excited to assist during the entire process.

I have built THREE homes with Lowder and have loved every one of them. They make the building process easy and fun. Their one year warranty is even better than it sounds. If you’ve ever built a home you know that by the end, you can be ready to be done with each other and part ways. That is not true with Lowder. These people have all become my friends and neighbors. The walk through was very professional. We liked that there was a technical guy who walked around after us during the walk through to mark/touch up everything. The attention to detail was amazing! Suggest using electronic media to input/track warranty request. Suggest Design Center have an online/digital database with all selections to view before/during building process!

We have been very pleased with our home building experience with Lowder. Our home building journey was somewhat unique in that our building process started with Larry Smith. Unfortunately, his sudden death shocked all of us. And so, with heavy hearts, we pursued other builders. Jimmy Rutland and Bill Ashley met with us and assured us that or endeavor to build this house could be accomplished through Lowder with the same quality as we had expected with Larry. We have not been disappointed.
Everyone we have had contact with has been professional, attentive, and extremely accommodating.
